Time for some geekery! I am an anime convention goer, and one thing I love about them is the skits, with the amazing talent and effort that goes into them and the costumes. This is a skit that I saw (not in real life - yay for the power of the internet!) a while ago, but its become relevant. I just love the way the wings seem to leave a 'trail' when they move. That would be amazing to capture in a Photo!
The wings are commonly called 'Isis wings' (after the goddess Isis) but are actually named praise/dance wings. They are used in belly dancing. I will be looking into finding a tutorial/buying some!
